Golden Standard Athletics was founded by Felicia, a coach, athlete, and mentor who believes youth sports should build more than just skills — they should build confidence, discipline, and leadership.
With years of experience in athletics, training, and performance-focused coaching, Felicia created Golden Standard Athletics to provide athletes with the kind of development environment she believes every player deserves. Her approach combines fundamental basketball training, competitive development, and mentorship designed to help athletes grow both on and off the court.
Through Golden Standard Athletics, Felicia is committed to helping young athletes build confidence, improve their game, and develop the mindset needed to succeed in sports, school, and life. As the program continues to grow, her goal remains the same — to create a training community where athletes are supported, pushed to improve, and held to the Golden Standard.

Every drill, every rep, every session is built on the right foundations. Athletes who master the basics have the platform to reach any level.
Skill can be taught. Mindset is developed. GSA athletes learn to handle adversity, embrace competition, and push past their own expectations.
